well there maybe 2 or 3 reasons for the response you got, one is they did not want to tell, mmmm wonder y that would be, or the person you asked did not know.

EP have had GPS for abt 4 years maybe more! The Fella that soufs are paying $80K was the fitness co-ordinator at EP and he certainly used them, The PT73 skipper wanted them and he got them! As for how many we have, well we have 2 or three over the past couple of years. The colts when Michael Braun was coaching had one so suggesting that it is another alignment issue is just simply untrue, not that you will understand that!

The advantage we have is the same other clubs have, we have smart people doing smart things to help players get the best out of themselves and have been doing it for a long time. The problem dumb folk like yourself have with that is that simply your dumb and cannot see the progress through technology (outside of the alignment) happening right in front of you.

EP, the Ferals, Royals whatever name you use have been subjected to this for years and nothing will change. All I can hope is that you continue and give it your best shot, it will just be like water off of a swans back to those of us who support the club!

As I understand the situation (now) for 2014 there is to be no changes to the support staff. The fitness people who double as trainers in the EP gym every morning will continue as the fitness people, the League Physio will still be there and so on! The Team Managers etc will also continue, so I don't see the advantage being in the support area, perhaps and I think it will be a definite perhaps the playing strength will improve but there will be some balance through loss of players.

Our depth at Reserves and Colts level may be sorely tested by seasons end next year.

Oh! I don't think any of the sports folk get apid anything like the amount being paid to the souf's bloke (an ex EP person)

So Grump, and I acknowledge that you personally were not in favour of the alignment, are you suggesting that in essence West Coast Eagles will be a totally disinterested spectator next season? They won't have any input into any areas of the WAFL league club you support? They will have no investment, technological, personnel, infrastructure within the confines of the WAFL club you support. No help with respect to recovery or rehabilitation? No access to recording technology and analysis of same?

The WCE wanted their own team in the WAFL for a reason to supposedly fast track their young players development so you would think they would be throwing all of their resources into said area/club!
