I don't think it's worth ruining the 2025 wafl season over. They sound like pretty trivial offences. 

If Perth gets docked 12 premiership points, does it carry over into 2026 and 2027 if they don't have 3 wins next year?

Personally, within reason, I think a club paying legal fees for a player - especially in drug testing related circumstances - should be totally acceptable. Usually it will be unexpected and although the player may be at fault there is still a duty of care for the club to do the best they can by the player. You want to help the player but can't if it busts the cap - doesn't pass the sniff test for me.

I hope Tom Percy goes big guns on the WAFC if EP get done - not right.

As for Perth, trivial as it may sound, its worse than what SF did - even if unintentional which it probably was. That said its ridiculous the lengths the WAFC will go to - its like an umpire making unnecessary decisions - the game is not about you - piss off.

Wasn't Russell Clark at Mandurah for one of their big breaches ?

Suspect it is why he is out of Perth and why Perth got smashed with this one

Thing is as I said in another thread , there are fines & reductions in points plus cap reductions 

East Perth will get the same punishments
