Who has maxed out points wise and who still has room given Sandover Medalist Kane Mitchell has quit the Tigers? Would love to see him in a Demons jumper but I doubt we could afford him even if we had room in the points cap.

Has that been announced?? Or is that a rumour?

Thought Mitchell was out long term due to a shoulder injury?....thus off Cl list at present....similar to Yeo at Perth with his knee and Byrne earlier in the year.....

EF, Subi and WP are all in the mix for Jono Marsh apparently. He'd be 10 points for Subi which could be an issue as Ben Newton leaving freed up that amount but Matera coming in cancelled it out. If I were a betting man which I'm not I'd say he'll go back to EF which is probably the right thing.

Given the EF signings already, might be tough to fit Jonathon into the salary cap. If they signed Marsh, that would be 6 new additions- 5 off AFL lists. That is a serious haul. No excuses in 2021 for the Sharks with that squad- the pressure is well and truly on Buffalo.

Totally agree mate KC, not heard of any contract extension either, so perhaps the EF board feel the same way....think with everything financially to do with COVID, long term contracts are a thing of the past....no more 5 year blue prints...

Geez our score card is looking a little sad, Meadows is a huge loss , our young blokes will have a good opportunity to step up, we are still the only club without any AFL experience in the squad

Surely a straight swap for a Jack Clarke medalist and VFL premiership winner is a fair swap? No money needs to change hands.

Considering Marsh has actually played AFL DD and English hasn't..think the word fair doesn't apply here mate...whatever money Perth paid for Loersch, EF probably returned for English.....

I would've thought Perth were maxed out points wise:

Masten, Loersch, Smith, Langlands and Grey would all be over 10 points each.

Is there any way you can see what the points each club uses?
