I was told this morning that was around the 9 weeks mark

The facts are from someone very close to the scene - Quinns players were threatening Gosnells players they were going to bash them later etc. Mal Yarren stepped up and asked the umpire to bring things to order and stop these threats. When umpire failed he decided to stop it himself with a “front on punch” nothing cowardly about it and seems like they asked for it. This is what you get in shit levels of footy #cowboys #weekendwarriors

It would be unlike Quinns to start trouble wouldn't it? Intimidation is not the way to win games of football, never has been and never will be.

Its a simple game, see ball, win ball and kick more goals that the opposition

Yep I am for real, and just relaying the facts from someone who was actually there. This bloke is as honest as the day is long too.

Given that 2-3 weeks is a pretty standard penalty for striking and this bloke got 9 weeks I’d question the reliability of your source
