Going by last years results plus a few other issues, this is how C2 should start off.
Only Noranda drop down and Swan Valley get a lifeline to stay up.
Dianella Morley and SNESA move up to shake things up a little.
Could be a little bit of rivalry between a few clubs here, even before the first bounce.

Going by last year, only 5 clubs had colts teams:
Ocean Ridge
Swan Valley
Warnbro
Canning Vale
Noranda

How is it looking for the other 5 clubs in 2018? Are you going to get a colts team up? I know SNESA and Lynwood Ferndale were marketing hard. Any luck? I really hope at least 3 clubs can get a colts team up. If not, I’m sure they won’t want to run a 5 team comp. It’s not ideal but they may push club(s) up from the West Coast Eagles Colts grade (Belmont Districts in 2017), but It separates colts from seniors on game day and is a bit a logistical nightmare.

Nollamara coming up and winning the flag is a big call. Yes some golden oldies at the club and fantastic to be led by Des but the club is desperate for players. Have apparently rejected the clearance of up to a dozen players to noranda based on trying to keep enough players to survive. Not sure where that is heading.

As for noranda. Besides the disgrace of player payments. Agostino has carried them and has walked. Many depth players have left to go to swan valley. Change in coach. And this club seems to turn over players more than most.

Canning Vale have been good last couple of years. Canning have been stuck here for a while and could be hit with lots of retirements and another change of coach but have had good numbers early apparently. Valley just won’t be up to it. Warnbro should be due, but seem to focus more on twos flags. Dianella are well run club and could surprise. I think ocean ridge could be a real contender.

C2 is always good to keep an eye on.. close to being the highest grade before the heavy involvement of $$$ starts to take hold
