Nollamara has got 95% indigenous players though and I would say the club and the Waafl are powerless to do anything about the behaviour of the indigenous players just like they are hard to control in general society. There are no solutions here as you penalise the club too much the club folds and the problem moves on to the next club and I can guarentee the neighbouring clubs don't want them.

This shit has been going on every week in C3 this year with a number of teams. I reckon a lot of it can be stamped out if the umpires start taking a harder stance on off the ball striking and after the play hits from the first bounce. At the end of the day the majority of blokes out there wanna win so when their teams are giving away 50's or players get carded the standard might improve. Having club umpires that just turn a blind eye or are too gutless to hand out a penalty makes the problem worse. At least when you get to finals it gets a little better

This club is a regular topic of discussion during the last couple of seasons. If official complaints are not made to the WAAFL then what do you expect. Saying that I don't believe they do much for the lower grades which is pretty poor as everyone pays fees to the league!!

All it would take is for opposition clubs to film the game and send the offending footage to the league.

Even better get the club umpires to earn their pay by actually issuing some yellow and red cards early in the game.

All good points. To add a couple maybe the club officials like the coach and president should do something about it too. Or are they part of the problem?
