What an idiotic statement.
Pricks like you helped decimate James Hird. Just wait for your turn..

Lehmann now decides to make way....probably for the best, if this cultural review is to happen....taken the team as far as he could.....be interesting to see who gets the nod.....Gillespie, Langer and perhaps Punter in the mix.....anyone else?

LS....let PN have his say..........move on.... move forward.... as hopefully the Aust test team can do.....

How the likes of 2 time convicted cheat Faf DuPlessis can sleep at night with his pathetic holier than thou attitude over this ball tampering episode whilst keeping a straight face really does have to make you laugh.

Simple solution to the epidemic that is ball tampering world wide is to do away with the Kookaburras and use the Duke ball in Test cricket moving forward as they offer the bowlers far more in the way of movement, swing and seem and also hold up a lot better and then no need for ANYONE to ball tamper...although something tells me it wouldnt stop SA from trying!

It was only a couple of days ago that he "wasn't going anywhere and was staying on as the head coach".
Apparently resigning after the next test match concludes.
With a new coach being appointed soon, hopefully the team can put the sand-gate behind and move on.
Justin Langer's name has been mentioned. Would he want the job? Would be a good choice I suppose.

WAG Lehmann's position was completely untenable. Either he was party to the plot in which case he should
have been sacked. Or as has been reported he was not party to the plan and Cameron Bancroft had no relationship with Lehmann to discuss the situation: in which case he should have been sacked.

As for who should replace him it depends on whether you want to improve the behaviour of the Australian cricket team. If that is not a consideration, and I most assuredly think it should be one one of the key considerations in determining who should be the next coach, then there is an obvious choice.

Sorry for getting orf topic.
:) Had to laugh when listening to some of our politicians commenting about sand-gate.
And now Kevin Rudd stuck his beak in I heard.
They better be careful what they say!!!
Many politicians are not exactly honest either!
They are a bit prone to some dishonesty and downright speaking falsely, so I've noticed.

Bloody hell: Bancroft will be back straight after his suspension given the way those two batted. He made runs, and, something openers of to-day have forgotten, actually made himself difficult to get out.

At least Peter Handscomb cant be accused of tampering with the ball whilst batting.
