Went along absolutley fantastic, best voice I have heard, and stage and atmosphere amazing , not normally a fan of concerts at subi , but this one was done better than all the rest, seen U2 last time they set tne record, but this time it was smashed at 65, all in decent comfort due to remarkable cicular stage. Banter with crowd was gold. To see a grammy award winner at peak of career was a treat.

You would have to have some knowledge of Adele's music to get this joke.

I'm sorry none of those mentioned match AC/DC who still packed in 45k 40 odd yrs later in multiple shows, I bet Adele won't be doing that in 20 years let alone 40.
I will give her credit though as she does have a strong voice and doesn't like the rest of the current female artists who seem to all sound the same

Those little things can put out some volume

Adele is an amazing performer and one of the great singer songwriters. She doesn't put on any airs and graces, what you see is what you get, no affectations like lady GAGA (gag-gag)Madonna and the like, no sleek exercised to death cosmetically enhance appearance just a talented lady with the best voice since Aretha Franklin writing and performing great songs with a massively wide appeal.

I blew my hard earned on the brilliant James Taylor leewin concert so couldn't go but we listened from a mates work balcony a few hundred metres from the oval, sound was clear as a bell, could hear just about everything she said. Like Heater I thought a big arena show may not work but from all reports it was a triumph.
