Following on from LH's topic on long lost pubs of Perth got me reminiscing of other Perth places of interest that have bit the dust over the years. Off the top of my head now no longer used are-

Atlantis Marine Park
Dizzy Lamb Park
Cable Water Ski Park
Pioneer World in Armadale
Wanneroo Lion Park
Ascot Water Playground

I am sure their are plenty of others as well...
Not much left for the kids of Perth to do here on their holidays other than the expensive Adventure World.
Any others I have missed???

Action Park Mirrabooka was a favourite of mine in my youth. There was a water park in Fremantle too wasn't there?

Elizabethan Village near Armadale as well.

Pioneer World was pretty good.

Yeah the Freo Water Slide ...Gone...but pools are still there.

What about the Wanneroo Lion Park - remember that.

What about Happy Haven?

Ponderosa on Albany hwy Kelmscott
Rock Inne Karragullen (still there), but the bloke with the van full of Holden Banjo diff's on Friday night.
