A competitive effort would be welcomed by SD supporters but to be honest I can’t see this being under 10 goals the margin unfortunately.

The team looks a lot better with Doc leading the ruck and Warwick Wilson with his kicking skills. The last win we had was against this mob. Seems like eons ago. To be fair the Eagles had their weakest team of the season on that day and Swans were playing some half decent football at that stage. Swans came so close to their lowest ever score in their 85 year history last week. Only a goal in the time on period of the last quarter saved them from that indignity. Really shows to what depths the team has got to.

That is what the competition needed was a Swans and Claremont win today. Makes one wonder why Swans couldn't play like that in the middle of the season?
