Jason Daniels broke his leg at training last week, his brother Chad is also injured, Anderson was listed in the Budget but didnt play in the Ressies, Shannon Taylor did his knee at training a month ago out for the year, Doc Blakely & Fletcher injured yesterday, Grescos & Erceg both in the stands also didnt play at all yesterday it would be fair to say not a good start to 2016 so far. Anyone know where State 18s boys Levi Ridley & Jake Taylor are as both havent been sighted so far this season?

Funny you should mention that Freezin, but we were staying at a B and B at Christchurch the other night and there was Rugby on the TV ( there is always rugby on the TV in NZ). Unfortunately it was the Force being demolished by the Hurricanes. The lady of the house disclosed that she was a fervent Crusaders supporter and proceeded to show me this massive flag the size of a bed sheet and played the Crusaders song which was a stirring tune that lasted for about 5 minutes. I was thinking "by Christ they take this game seriously".

as for the footy.....gonna be a very tight season, not much breathing space between everyone....that's until injuries set in....which sadly for you has started a tad too early.....it will definitely put your depth to the test, though after last year you guys should be ok.....

Yeah no doubts mate and I would like to see him develop as a key forward as well using his physical presence but would you call Wheeler & Delahunty bonafide ruckmen as that is who $ubi use there?
Perc is keen on giving young Yuk 1st crack at it by the way.
