Well will we get a fixture this week and with a crowd?
Lets hope so after the Anzac Day long weekend (including the football Rd4) was destroyed last Friday afternoon.
We could have gone ahead and with no crowd restrictions at all but unfortunately we dont have a multi millionaire/billionaire backing the WAFL unlike rugby and basketball here!

EP will regain Ramsay & Robertson you would suspect and possibly Watts & Schumacher from injury and are a lot better side with those boys in their team.
Unfortunately with the weekend's footy lost last week Jesse Turner will be out for 4 weeks between games now whilst Jetts will still be a fortnight or more away from returning you would think.

Led to believe there are large players who would back us - however they know another league would be the ones who direct their money and not the WAFC mate , and promotion (and we do know sponsors want a bit of bang for buck Beas) is another hurdle seeing the other league has to give their permissions
Last thing the other league wants is another SANFL to fret about




 

Mate it is such a pity we dont have a "Twiggy" type billionaire to bankroll us (WAFL) and to finally give Dill and his band of vfl merrymen the send off from our beloved comp they deserve! 
Instead these so called local "WA" billionaires would rather spend their money on "foreign" sports like rugby, soccer & basketball.....

Swans have only won 2 out of their last 9 games against East Perth at Leederville and we were belted by them there last year.

Recent may be redundant; our record at Leederville is not good.

The game this Saturday would have been Tony Notte's 250th for Swan Districts if it wasnt for the unexpected break last weekend.Instead it will be next week at Joondalup.

Mikeh you are a negative nelly laddie. Swans are a 8 goal better team than the royals and if we don't win by 4 goals I will eat my hat. After all, I'm still hungry from all the steak dinners you young bucks owe me from last year. The improvement has been very pleasing and we will be playing finals pending injury. Cant make the game but I predict a 14 goal to 5 victory. 

I hope your hat is made out of edible material.

Good to see Jetts has been named in the team and obviously passed fit to play, although I am surprised given his calf muscle injury history I thought he might have missed a month of footy at the least.
