Hence all of our frustration at us all too often this season fiddle farting around with the footy with meaningless handballs & backwards or sideways kicks backward of the centre Mike, especially when we have that sort of marking presence deep inside our forward 50...why then wouldnt we get it long and deep into them as quickly as possible????

Yes I missed the first 5 - 10 mins of the game yesterday so just had a look on the 7 plus site and it was fantastic to watch. Clean clearance from the stoppage, bullet like passes to Kohlmann and Notte and 3 goals on the board before Perth knew there was a game on. Hope to see a bit more of this sort of stuff at Shark Park next week.

Our best footy has actually been pretty good this year Mike and up there with the better teams in the WAFL (3rd qtr vs WP, 1st qtr vs SF, parts of the 1st half vs CL, first 10 mins yesterday & last 10 mins of 2nd qtr) but unfortunately it has been all too brief whilst our worst footy is as bad as it gets in the WAFL.
If we can ever get our better efforts happening more regularly and the worst efforts eliminated we may see a climb up the ladder we have all been crying out for...but that is the forth coming challenge for our club!

Marley, yes our recruits were good { although we could have had them years ago if the hierachy could count} and finally yesterday (third qtr aside which was lamentable) we saw what Me and others have been banging on about all year, move the ball quickly and create 50/50 contests in our forward line.

You should coach, be president, football manager and treasurer TRSM with your extensive knowledge in so many areas. You again tell porkies though laddie in terms of recruiting. As you well know, the cupboard has been bare since the financial ruin early this decade. Don’t hoodwink the rest of our fine supporters with sample and mirrors. Don’t get bitter. Get better.

I had the opportunity yesterday to speak to a couple of life members who confirm that we still have in the club those that would like to re write history and put shit on those that righted the ship only to see the current mob fumble along for years in the wilderness like Robert Bogucki.
Fact. The current Admin stuffed up billing $180k over 4 years and that money could have been used to recruit better than the likes of Carey,Houghton,Yarran, Newmnan,Garlett,Dukes,Slater,Wytik, Howlett and Clutterbuck.
They cost the club money, so don't say otherwise and that we didn't recruit.
I rest my case that the Football Dept has previously stuffed up the recruiting,and 3 of the current Directors oversaw that, but they would rather put shit on those that rigthed the ship in the first place.
If the WAFL clubs had listened to our two Directors who wanted to strip down the WAFC
footy wouldn't be in the mess it is now, yet they are treated like lepers at the club.
