unless more people stand up with the bat to support Turner we wont go too far, Bancroft batted well last night but its been poor so far.
I have no idea why Klinger keeps getting a game and Bosisito does nothing.

Scorchers won the toss and bowled.....Sixers on 10 runs an over for the first 3. Looks like a good decision.

Great rubdown by the Scorchers tonight.Bancroft showing why he's played for Australia. Aston Turner is an absolute gun and not far away from International T20 cricket.

The best batting pitch produced at Optus made for a very entertaining game. Bancroft anchored the innings beautifully and Turner was just brutal. It was a fantastic partnership and even though the Scorchers are still on the bottom of the ladder, they now are only one game behind 2nd place Sydney Thunder and PS have 4 of their final 6 games at home. They still need some of the other batsmen such as Klinger and Cartwright to step up and support the main 2. Richardson and Berendorff should be back for the last 4 games and hopefully Agar will recover soon as well. Unfortunately Willey has had no impact this year with bat or ball. Qadir bowled pretty well I thought and would be worth persisting with.
All in all a great night for WA sport with the Glory having a come from behind victory as well.

Turner is in a purple patch of form, should be used in the ODI side before it runs out....Klinger, whilst unlucky last night.. really has had his time, definitely cashing in all his chips with Voges at present.....no doubt will repay the faith with a good innings at the seasons end......Willey as folk have said has done nothing....time to give others a regular go......great to see Kelly back too.....great catch by Green....

Do you get the BBL games on cable in NZ Freezin? Would have been a late finish over there last night.....

LOL...yep 1135 pm start mate....but hey despite what BH and SwanDog think, I am a West Aussie to the core, so happy to watch all the Scorchers games irrespective of starting times......would love to see more match game exposure of youngsters in Hardie and Green.....both kids are WA and hopefully Aust future....

Blessing in disguise 58 with the way poor Maxy has been going of late...LOL...

Hurricanes is the next game on Thursday and they will need a lot more from their other batsmen. I really hope Maxy can come good. Hobart are loaded with batting and bowling options and they now have Tim Paine available to them as well for a few games....may not be needed TBH.
