Settle down don't get jealous mate or do we come back with nah it was just a piss take?

I said it years ago, Fremantle should have looked at Moss st as an option because Moss st has similar characteristics to Lathlain. Lots of space around it and nice wide streets around the ground. You could quite easily have had a similar set up to what has transformed Lathlain Park.

Maybe your club should have been more pro active at the time and put a proposal to the FFC? There's always a house share option available for you down the road if things get really dire for you. Bit like a mature age adult having to move back in with the parents after falling on hard times. It's not sexy but at least you'll have a roof over your head and have a place to call home.
Get on your bike.

I’m pretty sure (Freezin, Strono??) we’re in the final stages of planning for a new facility.

Much needed of course.

DD...no jealousy what so ever on my part...as you have seen from my bouncer stance in the never ending "its so unfair" Subi success debate..it's business and smart business at that.....Perth, like Subi, EP, Cl, Peel and SF have jumped on the AFL gravy train in some form over the years and have benefited from any financial kick backs that come from it....directly and indirectly..on and off the park....long live the AFL ...without them there wouldn't be a WAFL...and definitely no Lathlain Precinct development..or even worse... an Oz Footy site to banter on...

Got no probs with Perth reaping the benefits....long overdue for them...a club that has been totally farked for years....a farking embarrassment to their fans and the WAFL comp as a whole for their ineptness on the park since the late 70s...like I said before hopefully Perth's new set up can attract more QAFL & NEAFL boys plus other clubs reserves boys to enjoy the facilities first hand....just still scratching my head at why after all these years slumming it at the PFC, a couple of Perth's top youngsters are seeking out, despite the glitzy solar paneled future that awaits them at the shiney WCE funded Lathlain Precinct Development...

IMHO just doesn't make sense or something just doesn't smell right....tho you can always polish a turd they say or get someone else to do it for you e.g. WCE, Wirrpanda Foundation et al....but come end of the day it's still a turd....maybe that's the underlining issue for Ninja and Cody.....oh and yeah DD...not my prob you Perth boys can't work out a genuine piss take from a genuine IMHO....beauty of banter I guess....LOL

Reckon EF need Josh Kennedy to join the EFTC post his WCE retirement to get the planning go ahead approved mate...or perhaps JK can ask his last employer to step in and have a word...Moss St is definitely one turd that needs a good polish.....

Think it's called mates rates Leedy.....hopefully the fella will dip into his pocket at some point, do the "right" thing and pay his EF mate 4 cents in the rental dollar to keep it all above board then....one can only hope hey that will suffice all the sceptics....

Yep the move is based mostly on the coin
This crap he wants to go to EF because Perth are not playing him in his preferred position yeah right he’s played as a key forward as a half Forward flanker in the midfield and I’m sure he’s spent time in the backline perhaps he’s eyeing the ruck at the sharks
Yep the move is all about the coin
