Hard to understand how all this premiership winning colts success doesn’t translate to some success at league level and so many want to leave or not return.

Now here’s one for the books. A Perth supporter lecturing us on the road to success....WOW.

And here’s another EF supporter that can’t explain how success at colts level isn’t translating to league level but makes a case for a contracted 23 yr old from another club to go to that club because he’s got a better chance of being drafted and tasting finals. :woohoo:

DD..I guess EF 2 colts flags in the last 10 years, along side 2 senior GF and a prelim during that same time period is a tad more successful than Perth's no colts GF wins, no senior finals appearances and multiple wooden spoons over the last 10 years tho...

True perhaps Leggett is setting the bar low thinking that EF will better his chances of finals and drafting success..tho EF drafting numbers are and have always been far greater than Perth's and many other WAFL clubs tho...can only win flags with your better players at the club than not, thus losing players to the AFL, year in year out, has contributed some what to EF ongoing drought...not sure the same could be said for Perth tho....you guys have lost fark all in comparison to the draft TBH...

reckon it's more Leggett seeking a change of coach TBH...who knows now with Moss coming onboard and a succession plan forgot Spalding in place, this might positively sway Cody's thinking to stay at PFC...cunning move by Perth...well played if it does the trick...time will tell I guess.

I doubt keeping Leggett is part of the strategy Freezin but happy to be wrong. But the way you guys have carried on it sounds like Cody has turned his back on the club and his team mates so hard to see a way back if that is the status quo. Perth playing group might actually say fuck him off we don't want him. Get the best deal you can for him.

Thats exactly what Perth should do. I don't know the details from Cody and Perth's perspective, but surely it can't be good for culture and the playing group. Perth should be just as decisive as they are with their coaching plan. Get the deal done and move on

The onus does not rest on the shoulders of PFC.
The onus lies squarely with the Sharks. They want a contracted Perth player so put up or shut up. Put your best offer up front and see where it goes from there.

Well if they have put an offer on the table it would need to be an offer PFC cannot refuse or else you are wasting everyone’s time.
The point is the first move rests with EF.
Yep, it is wait and see....
