Tropiano left mid season from memory, very much was a required player who had played most of that season in League. But EF granted the players wish and cleared him. Didn’t have to. We’ll see how Perth treat their players should Leggett tell them he wants to leave.

You really do jest Freez. Not infrequently.
Sandilands, Capewell, Mcleod, Schleicher, Miller, Jones, etc all fringe players if that at best.
The exception was Michael Saunders. A super player and overall nice guy. A pity he came to us for only a couple of seasons late in his career.

If it was my club, I would be asking him to pay a lot more if he wanted to play for us.

KC, if Perth have some kind of moral obligation to let a player go to his club of choice., what's the point of a contract?

Looking at our List and the points (which I did for Perth), we must be getting close to our max:

Where do you find the club lists KC ?

I'm pretty sure the club lists are the Senior Squads on the club websites.

I remember someone here saying something about that a while back. It doesn't say who is on the 40 list but that's each clubs list- can anyone confirm that?

I then worked out what each player was worth- there's a scale on the WA Football site.

Haven't they poached some rippers, one player after a bloody another. Still who can begrudge the Perth boys boys wanting to better themselves - it's not like anyone genuinely wants to go through the enduring butt hurt that they have had to put up with for 40+ years...it is good to see them keep a stiff upper lip in the face of adversity.

We've also nabbed some top talent from Subi. Who can forget the contribution made by Richardson, McManus, Davenport and Paap? Compensates for Robbins, Pang, JKT and MacDougall.
