Yeh, and what about it? We get 1 mill from the Eagles and that was promised about 4 years ago in a different time in a different world. That has to be worth 1.5 mill minimum now. They give up some of their lease, but I guarantee they will get the area where our existing grandstand is now.

You should align with Mandurah. Sharks, Crabs whatever. Fremantle and Wet Toast join the VFL. 8 team comp 21 game season, fences and gate takings at all game.

Handouts for the re-development have not just landed in the bank account.
Haven't seen anything yet because the redevelopment is stalled by council.

DD not too sure what Perth would do with those EF zones....if you can't get those WAFC player points/ salary cap concessions to work, not sure about Perth's nous to develop those zones.....as much as EF are basket cases off the park financially, Perth are just as bad on the park with  success

FYI.....when zoning was first introduced in the 70's no-one wanted gero & we took it on & pumped a shit load of money into it -  HAPPY DAYS alright
I was also told we got zoned queens park cos it was a basket case(your zone originally) we spent a heap of $ & turned it around & surprise surprise it was rezoned back to PFC & the rest is history

I see on the Wests list of ins and outs for the WAFL that Dillon O’Reilly and Chris Walker are listed as outs. Haven’t seen anything from the club - who have been posting those that have moved on. Anyone been to training recently or heard anything??
