The cancer is at the top.........hopefully Con Tripi can topple, Stewart and inject some youth on to the board.
As John Townsend said ‘12 ex AFL players in our team on Saturday.’ Light on for local talent.......I hope they don’t go with Sumich! I like the idea of throwing everything but the kitchen sink at Harry Taylor to coach if available!
Anyway Bill is doing his best with the talent available to him. Why Snadden is not getting a game is a mystery?

I think you're being kind to Bill there, FF2. The talent available is good enough in my eyes! A few injuries to Chalmers and Murdock haven't helped- but nothing compared to Perths injuries. Not sure with Snadden- but Schoenfeld and English have come in and thats probably pushed him out for the time being. Having said all that, we're 5th and a win this weekend should see us remain in the top 5

Ambrose Ryan has left East along with numerous talented 2017 colts premiership players since  the great Bill has been there now he has an undisciplined rabble according to most senior west sports writer ! If 6 or 7 of those colts players got the opportunity Tom his son got to play 30 games with under 10 touches East would be a good team but the people’s East need there arses kicked for letting him become a dictator and no one at East has stood up to him !

Playing and coaching as well mate....ex Lynn Medallist, you could be on to something....disappointing to hear about Ryan....thought it was strange his absence despite picking up 20 odd possessions in a couple of reserves games, but not selected....

Be interesting to see what the powers above do....at least no extension has been offered...as yet.... one would of thought if Bill was as controlling as folk say, he would of made sure of that contract extension already.....interesting that Bill was able to  stay at WP for as long as he did then....and so did his WP players.....I know why the Perth boys hate him, because of all his alleged Leggett whispering.....but who else on here?

you aren't one of those disgruntled players  that Bill has moved on mate?

As someone who watched that appalling game from EF on the weekend, I am utterly dumfounded on why we seem to fuck around with the footy (especially when the rain came) yet Claremont just pushed forward at every opportunity.

We would always go wide, or even worse backwards. rather than direct for some reason. Claremont would just get it forward any and all cost (especially when the rain came) and if no one marked it in the forward line they had crumbers do the job. Basic wet weather footy in my opinion.

Back line under constant pressure as a result. Another than that irks me, is what the hell is the obsession with always going to the pocket (near the old $dollar stand) rather than CHF??

Frustrating crap to watch!!

Many young players from our junior district have walked since Buffalo arrived! They weren't getting games but his son got to play 30 league games!!!! (All these young guys needed was games to build their self belief and confidence etc). The nepotism in says it all! He's groomed the Captain to watch his back! As I have said for a few years now until we do what Perth did a few years ago and get rid of the board we'll be having the same conversation this time next year. The Demons seem to be progressing okay now.
Many young players from our junior district walked before Bill arrived at the club too. And are you sure you mentioned the board before FF2? I guess from your earlier post Con Tripi is good board so can stay. Or have you already changed your mind about that? Also, care to explain how you get rid of a 9 person board?.

Sorry Ti Em........please stay Con and a few others. More have moved with since Bill has arrived! What do you think of the board mate?
Don't give the board as much thought as you evidently do and don't feel the need to mention them after every loss - that would just be pointless and tiresome. The board is a little mysterious to me though - it seems a few members come up for re election every couple of years. Removing an entire board in one fell swoop would be impossible so any change is going to be slow and would require outsiders to put their hand up. Maybe you could.

Obviously what ever Monaghan is/has implemented at EF in terms of game plan, surely was based on what he used at WP during his successful stint there....if so surely it's a cattle problem not a coaching problem....WP played regular finals, won a flag under Monaghan....is it a simple case EF players aren't skilled enough to execute the game plan?

As for that 2017 GF side....O'Reilly Bockman, Murdock, Eastaugh, Ritchie and until recently Ryan are still at EF....Joyce is at Brisbane, whilst Watson and Robinson left for more opportunities to SF and Subi....not sure why as both of those teams have a lot more quality players queuing up for their respective positions then EF had.....Jackson I believe has Uni and work priority commitments, thus playing ammos....really only Scott was a big loss and yes that was due to a coach / player  confrontation.....the rest haven't bobbed up anywhere else bar Quill and certainly isn't causing any fireworks at Perth....
