Nothing on Manning as well....but hey that's footy i guess....folk come and go.

Any chance young Gorringe might get a game Ti Em....surely EF folk have seen enough of Tassone and Jnr?
Will be interesting to see if Bill mixes things up a bit for the last practice game. But I have a feeling he will stick to form so don't expect much change from the last 2 weeks. O'Reilly should be another to come back.

Wouldn't surprise if a few regulars are rested TBH....3rd pre-season game....last minute opportunity for some reserves guys to state their cases perhaps?...obviously Snadden and Bockman as you say Ti Em...be good if youngsters in Haddow, Walker and Gorringe are given a taste, as well as reserves F&B in Jacob Ah Chee...pretty sure in a previous pre season game v WCE a lot of youngsters were given a run...Michael Conan v Nic Nat from  memory.

Well that is that answered - just.14 changes to last weekends league side.

Davidson  Sereda  Davies
Eardley  Williams  Meade
Tassone  Snadden  Boekhurst
Bockman  Bailey  Monaghan
Murphy  O'Reilly  Montauban

Mcguire  Smith  Murdock

Ah Chee  Burton  Eastaugh  Corringe  Haddow  Marshall  Wallis

This is good, most of the side to play Mandurah on Good Friday are rested, Dixon rests his sore ankle for another week, the youngsters get a chance to push their case, Bailey gets more practice as a CHF and Jnr and Tassone hold their spots!

West Coast have named as their ruck Daniel Borgogno - a name vaguely familiar for some reason.

You’d assume that there’s around 8 spots up for grabs then. Good to see some of the young boys getting a shot

Totally agree mate...get some of the youngsters in and see how they do....hopefully Bockman, Ah Chee or Montuban can kick a few to put family loyalties at the selection table for next week under the pump.....surely a goalless 3 match performance by Jnr will be the final straw for Snr....surely?

Great to see 17 yr old AFL academy boy in Jack Williams playing too....and also former colts in Gorringe and Haddow on the bench.....

Good game win in scratchie against Eagles tonight.
15.9 (99) to 7.11 (53). O’Rielly kicked three. Williams, Murphy, Monaghan, and Bockman all kicked two.

On paper not the strongest side WCE will probably put out in 2021....but hey great effort from EF....hopefully food for thought for the coach in terms of a side to face Peel next week....great to see O'Reilly kick a few....along with young Jack Williams.....add in Dixon and Marsh and EF have a variety of tall options up front...how did the likes of Gorringe, Haddow etc go

Williams, and most of the younger guys, didn’t look out of place. I thought Bockman and O’Reilly pressed their cases. Jr was pretty serviceable as well.

Nice to see the scoreboard tick over for a change

Solid effort last night over at one of the less salubrious parts of town. Happy to report my car survived being parked outside the ground, in the dark, for nearly 3 hours unscathed and intact. More importantly, I think the team got through the game without injury - winning against, what must be said, was pretty average opposition. That is not to take anything away from our boys because it was a good 4 quarter display.

No passengers for us and all played well. Milan Murdock was probably our best and seemed to be in everything. Blaine Boekhurst was very good too and got better as the game went on. Jordan Snadden had a good night. Was in and under the packs and working hard at stoppages in what was often a rather scrappy match. Number 44 Thomas Wallis also shows some promise and looks quite nuggety.

Dillon O'Reilly at full forward kicked 3 (as was mentioned) and around him Jack Williams, Max Murphy, Tim Bockman and Tom Monaghan were all pretty lively.

The Backline did well and seemed well organised - though at times were errant with their kicking. Adam Serada and Finn Corringe both did well on the last line of defence. They got good support from Cameron Davidson who had a much better match than the weekend before. Jamie Meade continues to impress and Keanu Haddow had some good moments too .

Yeh nah you're car is safe no matter which ground you park at. They don't steal Mitsibishi Magna's anymore.
Get on your bike.
