Very true about Bailey Ti Em, put him back to CHB, but i reckon the coach has gone so far down this road, his ego will prevent him from reversing back up.  Play O'Reilly as a KF along with Dixon, with Marsh floating in from the midfield....we need targets and goals it seems....

Yeah agree with you there DD re Leggett...he kicked 8 v EF a few years back....something needs to change....isn't this what practice matches are for?

After half time, Perth got on top and EF missed some easy goals. Last Q was an arm wrestle but Perth held on. Leggett for me is a total waste for you guys as a permanent half back.

The sooner you fuck Monaghan off and find a new coach the better. Cody is an explosive type of player best suited in the midfield or forward where he can generate excitement. He can be explosive out of the middle. His old man had a lot to say yesterday prancing around Lathlain like he owns the joint.

Baldwin-Wright was up against Bailey a bit but I’m sure I saw Strnadica  have a shot for goal in the last qtr. Maybe he was supposed to sit out the second half but Bill saw an opportunity to chalk up a rare win.
 

Probably the set shot McGuire had on goal and missed. Strnadica most likely would of nailed the goal - if it was him taking the shot that is.

He prefers his son to Jaiden Quill.

I’m not sure Quill is a great example, I’d say everyone should prefer Tom to him. As a matter of interest, did Quill play yesterday? I missed the 2s

Quill played league, only the first half. He was replaced by Regan Clarke at halftime.

Strnadica was definitely out there in the 3rd quarter. He was right in front of where I was standing. He didn’t do much.



 

FF2...totally agree re: Bailey...but considering Bailey won EF league goalkicking last year, think Bill might continue with the guy in the league side for the time being....

Cesspit surely Strnadica did a bit in that first half mate to help EF get in front of Perth....obviously like most of the EF side, in the second half he probably didn't do much to allow Perth take control....

 

Final tune up before Peel Rd 1 this Friday v West Coast. A few missing last week so Eardley and Dixon should come in you’d think. I’ll pop down for a look.

Hugh Dixon hurt his ankle in the last quarter against Subiaco - was walking with a limp last Saturday at the home of the Eagles. Not serious and may be back tomorrow. You would think Eardley plays and Snadden too with no reserves match this weekend. Tim Bockman may get a go with the league boys. Young Monaghan and Tassone should be safe based on past selection history. 

Did anyone catch the article in the West on 18 march regarding the Coaches future? Was hidden behind a paywall so did not read it myself - but i guess the headline said it all. On other matters, the off season talk that Brodie Riach was out of Shark Park has proven to be correct. His departure certainly quieter than his arrival and Jordon Mills departure has gone (almost) unnoticed too.  

Nothing on Manning as well....but hey that's footy i guess....folk come and go.
