First opportunity to see the Sharks in action for 2021 on Saturday morning against Subiaco. I’ll be heading down to check out both games. Season launch is tonight so I’ll pop in for a look at training before hand. Anyone else heading down to the game?

Yes definitely will get along. Bill has been talking our prospects up so expectations are certainly high. Don't see us losing to Subi who I expect will decline further this season.

Went along to season launch last night and caught a bit of training. I’m going to assume that team was split into Ressies and League and if so there’s some regular Senior players playing Reserves tomorrow. It was mentioned that Cody Smith and Jamie Meade were playing League- Bill had mentioned them in his online article so no surprises there. Young Finn Gorringe was interviewed- he’s a pretty impressive kid.

Spot on KC, I reckon Gorringe will play some league this year, no nonsense sort, can see him running out of a back pocket or half back flank initially. 

Which regular league boys do you think will be playing reserves tomorrow KC?

Gorringe should definitely play League Freeze & KC, I was staggered he didnt get drafted. He is a very good running half back.

Teams are on the WAFL site, Freezin...confirmed my suspicions.

Who were you guys missing Ff2? I noticed Jordan Snadden in the 2s but not sure who else didn't play.

BC Boekhurst and Davies along with Snadden would be in our best 22 and played in the reserves win. Best to ignore the perennially pessimistic FF2.  Plenty of encouraging signs for proper Sharks fans. 

Cheers TM. I thought it was a good hit out by both sides tbh and got pretty willing at times. Obviously a few skill errors which was understandable but you couldn't fault the effort or commitment of all players.
