EF take on Claremont this weekend- another great test to measure the improvement of the team. The Match Committee has been reluctant to make changes this year other than forced ones, that seems likely to continue. Ressies have won last 2 and the likes of McGuire, Loersch, Ryan, Robinson, Burton, Bray, Jackson ect must be getting close. Under pressure would be Monaghan, who looks like he’s down on confidence, Tassone and Bonomelli. Buffalo has generally back players in but at some stage others in form need an opportunity

Sure Bonomelli and Monaghan did sweet F.A against Joondalup but our inside 50's were low at 30. Actually for us that is probably too bad. Monaghan surely must drop back to the ressies. Bonomelli might get another crack. Loersch I think will come into the league side for his first game of the season.

Be interesting to see if Monaghan makes any changes at all....in his eyes why should he, the team lead a top 2 or 3 team in the comp by 5 goals midway through the 3rd and lost by a kick...with folk mentioning on fark all entries....Only changes the coaching staff have made this year have been injury related ones.....

No other player has enjoyed such an armchair ride when it comes to playing league football at East Fremantle. Obviously he can thank Buffalo and the ex West Perth crew on the selection panel at East Fremantle.

Has averaged 5.4 disposals and 0.6 goals per game this season.

Try him on a half back flank.
He might have a better chance of getting drafted.

I think you have mixed up your joke and punch line there mate. Not surprising even by Mineral Resources standards you have a very low intellect.

Nice to see the tension building on coach Monaghan here. Before the season started it was all Spud Wiley's fault for Bills poor first season at shark park, now it's a regular weekly ritual on here to question the coaches selections, particularly one T. Monaghan.

Bill is running out of time to match Wiley's 9 win 11 loss first year in 2016 and 14 wins 44 losses in two and a bit seasons. I'm sure Bill just needs more time, time that wasn't afforded to Spud Wiley.

..no one here has said it's been a wonderful season FF2...and you know as well as anyone being a Perth fan DD...it's taken Spalding a few years to recover from the Damo shit show to see where Perth are now...Monaghan was coming from a long way back in terms of player morale and competitiveness after the Spud shit show...like Spalding....but hey silly me trying to educate a fella well versed on coaching shit shows when he has had 40 years of them.

but agree that Monaghan jnr needs a run in the seconds, definitely a case of second year blues for the fella this year....last year he did ok FF2 as a medium forward kicking nearly 20 goals.....considering he played in defence in his 2 years of colts footy, I think getting drafted from half back has well n truly been tried DF...but thanks for your insightful input mate....

Yeh lucky Spud Wiley took the reigns after a second last finish the year before and only losing 12 out of the last 13 games. She was all going beautifully at the end of 2015 for a new coach to come in and just put some icing on the cake.
