No - unofficial rebuild. I know it is only on paper and it is in his DNA but surprised to see Tom Monaghan named in the back line.

I understand Tom has been told he will be next captain of club.

I heard he has been made captain for the game tomorrow.

Looks like Tucker is playing. Only saw a little bit last week but looks like a promising sort.

Loersch still in the Reserves. Not even in the squad. He’s been a bit of a bust, hasn’t he?

Looking forward to seeing what Tucker will add. Riach and Mills have underwhelmed so far. The other recruit Leggett has impressed and is quality. Has been moved to the centre on paper at least. Would think Jansen or Eardley could be suited to that position too. With the likes of Bennett and Boekhurst added to the midfield mix the talent is there - will need support though.

No Loersch with Strnadica certainly the coaches preference. Both very similar so probably a balance consideration as neither are particularly agile. Strnadica is more accurate kicking for goal. No drastic change to the side which is a recurring theme so no surprises. On paper it looks a decent team - let's hope they bring some hunger and desire with them this weekend.

...and some heart! Collectively as a team they are soft!

Jansen would surely be a like for like match with Colledge in the middle...seem to have a lot of players in that forward line who aren't out n out goal kickers...surely if Loersch is a bust, it's time to give Bonomelli a run for the rest of the year...at 198cm and 90 odd kg, on paper he seems to have the necessary physical attributes to take a mark and kick a few.

What are folks thoughts on McGuire? seems a decent size for sure....think this will be our last winnable game till the SD game....even then we need Perth to come out very complacent and rusty after their bye.

TUCKER JUPP MONAGHAN

LESTER-SMITH WINTON DAVIES

EARDLEY LEGGETT BOEKHORST

BOCKMAN BAILEY TASSONE

JANSEN STRNADICA MURDOCK

GRIFFIN BENNETT SNADDEN

INTERCHANGE
BONOMELLI
BURTON
MARSHALL
MCGUIRE
MILLS
MONTAUBAN
MURPHY
RIACH

Who misses out from the 8 man bench? My preference would be Bonomelli, Burton, Murohy and Montauban to play.

So Mills and Riach live to fight another day....not sure why....and again not sure where the goals are going to come from....interesting selections by the coaching team, they certainly are giving more then a few players a decent crack at redeeming their bipolar ways....

Very interesting Freeze.

Given the bye next week surely this is the last chance for a couple.

So the bench is
MILLS
MONTAUBAN
MURPHY
RIACH

Who knows there may be some late changes. At least another target up front would be nice. Will have to share the goals around i guess.

Totally agree Ti Em....would of thought Bonomelli would offer the side more then Mills...Bailey could always go back to help out the defence if one of the defenders goes down...just find the coaching staff's decision making less then inspiring and a bit same same...
