StT, wow! I think it’s the best thing I’ve seen in a long time- From the post on Facebook, the players fundraised themselves. Some chipped in, which you can see on the gofundme page. Cody Leggett was one of them. Why wouldn’t they support the club they love? I’d be more worried if they didn’t

STD, Cody is probably filthy he’s missed out on 3k a month, 4K in August he could have been on on Jobkeeper by abandoning his contract with the Perth FC. Part of the GFMP is to compensate Cody’s Leggxit blunder.

Not sure if a Mineral Resources fan should lecture another club on paying players - did not one of your players recently take the club to arbitration claiming breach of contract over payments? What was that all about. Does not sound like the way to treat one of the few good players you have (or had i should say).

TBH boys I can see STT concerns in all this.....mysterious donor hands over $10K for 9 players to have a hair cut, yet the money raised is not going to a more worthy cause like cancer or COVID research.. nope just little ole begging EFFC....and then to top it all off.....a bunch of 50 odd senior players have the audacity to clump together a total of $2300 - at roughly $40 odd each to boost their footy club's financial coffers..the cost of them buying a few beers and a chicken parmi at the club post match...yep definitely sacrilege... a big NO NO NO in my book too STT..... criminal more so then amateur hour stuff one would think mate?

Speaking of ongoing amateur hour....how in fark does a footy club build a 500K war chest over 20 years....have top notch facilities....yet collect 6 spoons in that time - one every 3 years roughly and continually fail to finish top 5 in that time?.....surely that's more amateur hour ilk STT??....actually realistically bordering on criminal TBH, for that particular clubs long suffering fans......it's NO NO NO from me on that too!

Also ironic a Perth fan's post pushes this thread to 25 pages...FMD....only fitting then a few Perth boys can get the EF GFM page to a 100K with a 6K donation...Perhaps Masto, Yeo or even Spud Wiley or the Spalding boys might want to give back to a footy club that has helped their footy careers at some point..or maybe STT you can rally a few of the Perth oz footy cohorts and get them to pop down to Moss St and have the Chicken Parmi/2 lagers special..LOL

Freezin, the main reason this thread extends to 25 pages is that you seem to have a compulsion to reply to every single comment. However, you do so by repeating the same thing over and over again. Yes, we are well aware that Perth have had a long period of failure. As much as I have convulsed with laughter each of the 23 times I have read your "invest in cups not spoons" gag, I think you need some new material. Or perhaps re-read your old posts before writing a new one and decide whether it really adds anything to what you have said so many times before.

It's an EF thread Ted so I think Freez is entitled to post whatever he likes more so than you.

Point taken Ted....I guess my 23 references to cups and spoons pale in comparison to the 2300 references to Moss St being a dilapidated shit hole with the EFFC having no moral or ethical compass what so ever....happy to move on mate....cheers for the heads up tho.

93k now. I see from the last update a video thanking everyone from Patrick Cripps. There really is some serous talent that comes out of EF. Great to see them all play a part in the cause.
