65k is outstanding in a couple of weeks

Great to see the generosity that is out there and the club, at a difficult time, no doubt very appreciative of that. Also good to see membership renewals start to pick up after grinding almost to a halt last month.

I will admit that when this thing kicked off, though we’d reach 30 maybe 35k tops. So what a fantastic job from the club, members and supporters. ALSO, We have to give thanks to non EF people and lovers of West Aussie footy. It’s just a reminder that the WAFL world May be on life support to a point, but it is alive and kicking.
Think I’ll go around again, although not as much this time, or I’ll be moving a bed, tv and my beer fridge down to the shed.!!!

Oh dear, it can be easy to forget those keyboard heroes that keep this thread alive. Thanks to the PFC lads for their input and of course how can we forget MO?

Apologies for not making a momonetary contribution to a rival club recently engaged in an unethical pursuit of one of our players. Spell check not working, Freezin?

Yes and thanks also to the EX MRP player for his kind donation too - certainly much appreciated. I hope he fulfills his dream of playing for the blue and whites one day.

Naagh Teddy just sadly my fat fingers working my mobile mate....good to see you take the time though to come back on here and point it out....any post how irrelevant it may be, is greatly appreciated in getting this particular topic to 15 pages...well done again Teddy and to all your Perth boys on your efforts....good to see us EF and Perth fans working as one....no I in team as they say.

Perhaps Bobby Shields can donate $1 for every Perth fans comment on this particular topic....would reach 100K in no time.

Might help your chances of a merger. In case you’ve been hiding under a rock governments federal, state and local are hemorrhaging money and everything is on the table including mergers. The WAFC can’t afford another WP.

I just can’t see a WAFL club getting the money to bulldoze and build new facilities as a stand-alone club. We should be ok because we share our ground and new facilities are already in place for our co-tenants.

The facilities at Rushton Park should be an appealing option.

I'm sure if the EF council pull the money on the Moss Street redev, then EF will go back to the original plan of co-tenanting at Freo oval after their redev, which I believe already has funding in place. Co-tenanting is an obvious and much more sustainable solution.
