I just can’t see a WAFL club getting the money to bulldoze and build new facilities as a stand-alone club. We should be ok because we share our ground and new facilities are already in place for our co-tenants.

The facilities at Rushton Park should be an appealing option.

Been great to see current AFL players get by and post support videos- Jeremy Sharp, Cale Hooker and Harry Taylor so far.

70k is a great total in 3 weeks.

Cale Hooker making a very nice donation too ! Great to see he hasn't forgotten his old club - same for Harry Taylor. They are quality.

Membership sitting at 1185 out of a projected target of 2000....whilst the GFM page is nearly 71K....With I think over the past month 150-200 new members plus a spike in merchandise sales, the club has easily raised over 80K...probably 85K.....but my maths is farked apparently so who knows.

As folk have mentioned, great to see past and present EF players come forward to support the club. Also kudos to the Perth posters and MO for pushing this thread into the 17 page mark....Unite for the Blue n White

Gee looks like the curve of the GoFundme campaign is flattening, maybe even stalling. Hopefully you’ve got a Kerry Stokes mother of all donors waiting in the wings to get to the 100k target or as they say at Telethon, best ever Telethon.

Hopefully if/when the 100k target is reached the EF boys on here can get together in a circle and dance around singing “Thank you very much for your kind donation, thank you very much, thank you very very very much. Thank you very much for your kind donation thank you very very very much”. With party poppers going off everywhere recorded on video and uploaded on Ozfooty.

....pst a little birdie from a club that has won 6 or 7 premierships and about 20 woodspoons are seriously considering a gofundme page as their finances are tight. They are closely following the success of EF gofundme page. So DD and STD it looks like you may need to get your one and two cent coins ready.
