As an opposition supporter I would nominate the likes of Peter Spencer, Wayne Otway, Dean Turner, David Bain, Grant Campbell, Stephen Curtis.
EP ceased to exist to me when they sold out of Perth Oval & became a host club back in 2000.

UNKA2 Malarkey would be just outside the era, but a great player for EP and the Cats. I would put in Phil Kelly as well

the big ruckman from east europe heritage

John Hayes was a pretty decent player. Also Larry Kickett and John McGuire although I think were more late 70's. I also remember a courageous little rover named Alex Hamilton who I think finished his career at Subiaco?
Of more recent times Ryan Turnbull was a talented player I thought.
Many good players in the Royal blue in this era and more often than not Swans were on the wrong side of a walloping from them! Especially at Loton Park...used to hate going to that ground in the 70's,early 80's wasn't so bad.. ;)

mikeh -- all those players you mentioned played well for the club. I think Hayes and Turbull startted out at Claremont, otherwise I would have had them listted for sure. Hamilton startted out at EP, tried his heart out for Subi for three years and then went back to Perth Oval in 1982. Ironically, as you know, he would late coach subi's colts team.

I remember one game between Swans and EP in 1980, the preliminary final to be exact. You won 28.13 to 15.16 or so. I think it is still the highest score in a preliminary final.

BH don't think they sold out of Lotons, they were forced out by the round ball game and the govt, they had no choice but were provided with a newly renovated clubrooms (ex WP) for free. But everything since then re alignments is a sellout. They were in financial trouble and unlike your mob they took the cowards way out.
