Excellent report Royal, but what we are learning is Jonesy is more effective as a stand alone ruckman, which is a pity because i'm the first to admit that i expected the combination of Jonesy and AJ would be a major strength of ours, but unfortunately thats not the way its panned out.

Two ruckman seems outdated Lucky. Can you think of any effective combos in the WAFL or AFL. Perhaps AJ would be good at Perth we could do a player swap.  Who would you take from Perth?

Perth have some good mids but like us are deficient in the key positions so i have no idea.

McInnes fits in well at the club. If he could avoid injury would be an asset. Byrne is the type of line breaker we need.  The mid sized forward they have is good in the air don’t know his name but could improve.

i have been on the bandwagon for several weeks that aj is not up to being a forward ruck.has gone backwards and not taking enough marks or kicking goals.i was all for eddie being the back up ruck which has happened.i also thought that we should swap aj  with perth and thought maybe for a fit giblet..only chance for aj is if he vastly improves his marking and improve his forward craft.

I still think AJ on his day is still a match winner and if we swapped him for Giblett we'd be getting the raw end of the stick, but we may have to use him as a bargaining chip elsewhere as even Subi had a crack at him before the start of the season.

The way Giblett left the club he would not be welcome I believe.

i suspect that keitel would be the only player not welcomed back due to the bad blood in leaving the club..you cannot blame gibbo .brock, dent ,and  many others who left as they would be part time league players to fill in the numbers depending on what beagles needed a game in the alignment years.

Well I doubt you know the Giblett story then Chaddy. I believe Kietel may have been asked to come back at one point.
