No the 4% is not a reference to an outlaw motorcycle gang...it's the debt dodging jerkers. I guess they'll expect to pay 60 cents at the gate if recent history is anything to go by. We're coming off a solid but certainly not spectacular win over the bogans where we only played one qtr of good footy. Do same this week and we could get a nasty shock as WP are peaking at the right time. It will be interesting to see if Fimmano and Powell come straight in after good performances in the ressies last week and I also note Hoskins copped a quad injury in the first qtr against SD. They can be notoriously nasty depending on the severity so could be we won't see him for a few weeks...let's hope not as he's our best run with player. This should be a very tight game and I'll leave any predictions until after teams are published.

You are too generous BC. You must have missed the article, maybe it came out when you were away gazing at the Northern Lights? West Perth creditors ended up getting 0.0 cents in the dollar, that’s zero, SFA, nicks, naught, nothing. Anyone with a conscience and an ounce of decency would promise to pay something to their creditors you would think?

I hope they are finding it hard to attract contractors and services to they need due to their insolvent status. Tell your gate staff to hold those pineapples up to the light to make sure they aren’t counterfeit and nail everything down mate. And tell security to quieten down that loudmouth Falcon nutter in the stands with his “Caaaarrrrrnnn Wesssst” rants 15 times a quarter.

Ohh, and give them a flogging will you? Please don’t have an off day, not this week.
Get on your bike.

Beau Wardman said on 91.3 that Hoskins was good to go. Also surprised to hear that Halligan has hit the track!

Hahaha...yes mate, I did see the article but I guess the 4% was wishful thinking. As for the bloke with the booming voice, I was told by one of the jerker faithful years ago on FG that he's got some challenges...I'm not sure if it's true or not but I pretty much left him alone over the years when having a dig at WP just in case. I think the boys will give a pretty good account of themselves this week as pressure mounts on playing spots for the finals....also winning form is good form so I don't think you need to worry too much about a day off as I reckon they'll have a red hot crack at the debt dodgers.

Hoskins if fit is so important especially when we play teams like Souths where he goes to ducker Schloithe, Claremont - Bolton and Joondy where he will go with either Black or Nelson. Great to see Halla's back on the track but he's running out of time to get a senior spot, he would have to play at least the last home and away game and have an absolute blinder. The boys currently in the team are doing no wrong, Halla's can play ressies and be ready if an injury comes along. Powell will be a good in his kicking skills are first class and gives us options up forward and in the mids.

Joondy are travelling very well atm (at least on the field) and will be no pushover, should be a good game.

Agree SS....Halligan would struggle to crack into our forward line this year as Borchet, Soks, Waters, Vermeersch, Matera all doing a pretty good job then Newton to come back in who hits the scoreboard on regular occasions as well. If Hallas was fit and firing then yes...bit for mine he's missed too much footy which is a shame.

I just saw on the WAFL injury list that Hoskins (quad) and Newton (wrist) are both two weeks away meaning they'll only get training and match simulation before the second semi in 3 and a bit weeks which is not ideal...so perhaps the comment was wishful thinking on Wardman's part.

Will be interesting to see how this plays out. We will have these players maybe a bit underdone and few others coming back now. Is Clanger back at any stage this season and do we have access to Deluca and Mayo for the finals ??
