Dead right BC, it sounds like things are deteriorating even further at Bassendean your very brave heading there.

I think he injured his shoulder early in the game. He definitely spent time in the changerooms and then returned to the field, but I'm pretty sure spent his time on the field in the forward pocket. He was favouring his shoulder when running, or so it seemed.

Ocker and DG,Bestry was injured early in the game.Injured his hand, hence the move of Clancy from CHF where he was having a great influence and into the ruck.Madut might be needed as a replacement this week.Losing Christ Bryan in the first 5 minutes certainly did not help with our rotations for the rest of the afternoon.Did a hammy and not an ankle as reported in the West.

While Geappen had a very good game, he really seems to be turning into another classic swans off the ball sniper. Likes giving a good elbow.
Glad to hear no swannies complaining about the umpires this time - how the hell could they after that effort.

He was just giving what they deserve and reminding them not to trip over their wallets..What about that clown of an assistant Wasley getting involved manhandling our players at 3Qt? The dick is a nobody and lucky he didn't get pummelled into the Bassendean mud, I hope the Swans management make a complaint about his conduct

Dead right mate real tough guy hiding behind the match ups board, Simmo would knock that flog Wasley into next week and Wasley would be crying for back up from that other $ubi tough guy Orsi!

gee you swans guys are so big and tough and strong..i'm sure every opposition player, coach, official and supporter would be in awe of you all....not. in the main you're a bunch of thuggish deadbeats as far as i'm concerned. some of the comments on this site from the bogan faithful bring out the real persona we see at your games each week...no class, low intellect dropkicks that get a buzz from abusing anyone with a differing view....mike and 42 excluded.

And DG, SS & AR are the only few $ubi supporters that have any respect around here ..softcocks like BC who are too frightened to attend Basso should just stick to Western Suburbs art galleries to spend their Saturdays in Winter with the other sit down pissers of Perth!

Thanks for the feedback boys. Hopefully sounds like he's not too bad if still out there in the 4th.
Madut had a reasonable game in the twos so could bring him back if need be but our ruck stocks are still so inexperienced and need to be fully fit for the finals to be able to at least compete with other finals teams experienced big followers.
I know we can call on Wheeler (like Saturday) and Delahunty (if fit) but both those guys are best in key positions and providing back-up support in the ruck.
Shame about Horsley who has had no luck this season and even when he has played he has not been the old Horse other than a few good quarters here and there. Hopefully, he'll get right for the finals because when he's on, he's an inspiring leader as we saw last year.
Wortho and Kennedy, two of our best defenders, will no doubt be back in the next week or two, Mahoney's elbow injury should be just about good to go and Latham not far behind him, but it appears Rhys Waters may be running out of time to get back in the mix for the finals.

Way more gallery's out Guildford Swan valley than the leafy western suburbs. I always go to Basso for Subi games, have been abused plenty of times by some absolute toothless flannel wearing dropkicks but never physically threatened, always have some fun banter with the real wafl/SD supporters. Only time I've been physically threatened is by some Joondy thugs.

i'm not too frightened at all BH. in fact last saturday I couldn't get up there as I needed to be in the CBD for dinner and a show with the missus at 6pm....but even if I hadn't something else on I probably still wouldn't have gone as the bogans of SD and ferals of WART bring out the cultural cringe in me. toothless knuckledraggers springs to mind...don't know why...

yeah what gets me Swandog are those fans who spit the dummy and get all expletive when folk take the piss out of ones beloved footy club....talk about soft and precious eh?

unlike you BH to revisit your childhood mate with a teen like post about softcocks being too frightened to visit Bassendean Oval......though can you blame them, especially when it appears like some of you SD boys have probably lived most of your life down there for the past 30 odd years....quite scary TBH....and I thought the English were over the top with their soccer and the Kiwi's with their rugby....
