I thought I'd bring this back up from a couple of months ago. they've turned over some of their personnel and so have we. Seaby will cause problems in the ruck but think our mids will have an edge if Horse comes in for Robbo. Hopefully Rumba gets up given it was just a corky. TBH, I think we're a good chance to get rolled as Claremont have become the form team of the comp. Only mitigating factor will be that they've only had a 6 day break compared to our 7. Should be a ripping game no matter what.

They're are a mile ahead in top spot - won't hurt if they drop a game or two.

This will be a ripper of a game. A real opportunity for the Tigers to establish their credentials as one of the major threats to Subiaco this year. And this from a team that lost their first five games of the season.

Claremont are playing at home and they have proved hard to beat at the Showgrounds. Also Subiaco are due a loss which wouldn't do them any harm long term. I am predicting a 3 goal Tiger win.

I read in the paper today that Brett Robinson has a potentially season ending foot injury from last weeks game, yet he has been named in the Subiaco team for saturdays match? Whats going on there?

Just check to see if they delist Robbo to put Boland back on the list Mike as they will have gone over their points cap if both listed!

Our biggest challenge since the ferals knocked us off early in the season, Claremont are hot at the moment and have quality big men, particularly Seaby who will test our ruck department. Madut is improving each week but no where near the class of Seaby so expect swing men in Wheeler and Dela to take a bit more of the ruck in a tag-team approach that may wear Seaby down but they have good back-ups so their mids will get good service.

Great to see Horse back and along with Mahoney will add extra depth to our mids, both play inside & out and with Kitchen proving to be a clearance monster hopefully we can at least square the mids. Rumba is a big loss but young Jackson looks the goods when he's had the opportunity and appears to be Rumbas heir apparent.

Could be very wet and the showgrounds does not cope well in those conditions so could favor us with the extra days rest compared to the Tiges, could well be a down and dirty inside contest with both sides having plenty of big experienced bodies to throw at the contest, hopefully the umps stay out of it and just pay the obvious ones and Parry's off with a bad case of the swine flu!!
