I’d leave that up to those on this forum that are closer to the club than I am.   Living closer to Geraldton (😉) than home, I don’t get to hear a lot. One thing though, I’m sure Teaks would love to play, but we have a bloody good ruckman that wants the number 1 ruck position.  If Teakle is available, I would think they’ll have to handle the situation pretty carefully.  We don’t need any long lasting people problems.  To quote, Great things are never done by one person, they’re done by a team.

BC, sadly being the pricks Port are, Teakle won't be playing for EF over the finals, really not sure why. 58, I reckon Teakle would go down forward if he did play, and chop out in the ruck.....Teakle kicked 3 and 4 goals in a couple of games for Port in the SANFL, thus his height down forward would definitely stretch a couple of those opposing defences.....

That's a bummer Freez. Mind you, Carlton did the same thing with Deluca back in 2018 I think it was so it's no surprise.

Rumours are firming around Souths big man Noah Strom moving over to the Lions. I heard this from a Souths person.
I assume we are looking at him as a ruckman. Anyone heard anything else?

At 198cm, 92kegs and just 26yo, he would fit the bill.

More wardman speculation on wafl world. Mitsopolis, who lives near Wardman, is not impressed by this.  Stand by your man, Subi. 

Whats the speculation? Thats he's going to get sacked?? Surely not- didn't he just sign a new deal recently?

Can't see it happening tbh...he just signed on until the end of 2024 so it would be a big call.

I think Wardman will see out this contract and over see the rebuild. My tip is that Horse will come back and coach, maybe as soon as next year in a supporting role, ready to take over in '25 with a renewed squad that's had a year or 2 under their belts.
I think we are looking at a 5 year plan, 2 years before cracking finals and 5 before we can consider a serious flag challenge imho.
