This week I'll be there again as I reckon it's worth $15 to watch the antics of Jono Marsh.  That bloke's a bit different that's for sure....not quite as out there as say Mark Jackson but not far off imo.  Kitch out and probably Menegola in I reckon as the selection panel seem to be risk averse and prefer to stay with the tried and tested options rather than giving someone like Golding a crack.  I still don't think our forward line is functioning as well as it might as I'm seeing Sokol isolated in a 2 on 1 situation all too often.  We should win this one based on form and the fact EF are missing a few.  Subi by 20 pts.

Another front expected for Saturday, so poor old Leedy oval will take another battering, it has such a huge workload on that surface, surprised it's not in far worse condition, they must be putting in a shedload of work during the week.

Will be pee'd off if they dont give Golding a run, Menagola has had so many opportunities and is at best a fringe player.
Re forward line, we should see Mayo start to take a bit more of a prominent role up forward, I see him at FF, doing some forward ruckwork, Martin or Braut at CHF and Sok roaming wherever he wants, plus Brandon Matera and Walters. 4 talls, Sok is a medium and 1 small but all pretty mobile and 5 pretty big bodies. Given our form in 3 of the 4 qtrs last week and solid displays the previous 2 games, we should be looking at a comfortable win, but the Gummies took it right up to us down on their paddock until we pulled away late.

Only Kitch out as expected but if replacing like for like with a mid then only Golding and Beverley named in the initial squad.

Could be Goldings big day as he isn't named in the ressies lineup on the WAFL page.
Good luck to him if he does get a run with the league boys tomorrow.

Long overdue for Golding, hope he has a blinder. Looks like fine and cloudy conditions which is a nice change from the recent run of very wet game days. Almost a good thing that Kitch gets a forced rest given the way he plays the game, Dele will have benefitted from his long break, took a while to get going v CL but was dominant in the second half and will be better this week.

Confirmed Golding in for Kitchin. Good luck to the young fella...hope he goes well and gives the selectors something to think about.

A good question DG as it has been said on this forum that some colts players have previously moved on to other pastures. Why so many loses and so many leaving the club?
