Surely Horse has more sense than that? If true, maybe he would have been pressured to do so as a condition of employment, sad if that was the case.

Maybe WC wont do that as the old fella would be so much better than their listed players it would be embarrassing

Jeez that’s a bit harsh DG? He’d clearly be doing it in an on field coaching and development role in a team that’s not trying to win games or the premiership, he wouldn’t be at his peak physical fitness giving his all like he did for so long at Subi. He’s trying to make a career in the coaching world now.

He can coach in the amateurs, or somewhere else in Australia for that matter, it should not be against Subiaco---especially with an AFL club. 

Surely Horsely owes Subi nothing....he gave his all for the club during his time at the club....a lot more then most. Without him Subi wouldn't be the club they are today in terms of professionalism on and off the park.

Tiger oo, possibly a little harsh to you, but Horse is in my top 3 all time favourite's along with Keene and Bucky, how would you like Jimmy, Phil or mossy doing the same? Anyhow I guess it could be worse he could be playing for peel

Lets wait and see what happens, if it happens, I'm sure he would only play if his AFL masters demanded it and he is now an employee of the WC empire. His value as an on field mentor would be huge, as it was for Subi for so many years.

Yes I made the short trip from Oakford BC, nothing much to worry about with that loss, I thought we were the better side for most of the day apart from the first half of the 3rd quarter when they piled on a few. Our goal kicking was very average and it cost us. Narkle is an interesting player, tall and lanky with a Shane Cocker kind of kicking style, he did a few good things and should be handy when he settles. Harris also did a few good things as far as our recruits go. Sokol kicked 4 and Clark was probably our best but Tyler killed us he got a bag
