I'm curious as to why you give a flying fu*k about Wardman tuggers. Who cares which other club would offer him a job? As it stands he's Subi's and as I said before, I'm sure there's plenty of potential candidates who'd love to be in his position.

Yeah...right. Subi has had 2 brilliant coaches, managers, leaders what ever you want to call them in the last 20 years in German and Schofield. I put them in that order because Germo's work in setting standards has carried on to this day and Schoey built on that.

The last 15 years has been decided on the haves and have nots. We all know it but the subi fans don’t like to admit that the stadium made them dominant. It hasn’t been leadership but just money laddies. It’s like the horses. When the money is on they rarely lose.

Ark there is no doubting his credentials the question I have as with many first time league coaches is whether or not he can continue the results that Subi have enjoyed over the past years.

He like a lot of coaches are great with a development process but when it comes to men and the coaching required at league level the jump can be to great.

Hopefully he does the job and we have not a rampant Subi but them being part of the 5 or 6 vying for the premiership.

Personally, I thought I saw evidence of cracks admittedly only watching vision from afar. Some of the poor discipline against East Perth was something I haven’t seen since Watters days. And someone here mentioned the same in the swans game. I figure part of that might be the coach not being able to control the team effectively and stamp it out. Can’t complain about Subi’s results under his command though, what a hell of a year to try and keep the squad up and going!

Grump -- yep, take your point: remember Pitter of EP and Subi whom had a great record in the colts but never coached at league level? Watters and Schofield both made the transition so it will be interesting to see what happens.

I think its unfair to judge any coach on a season of only 9 games. Wardman already has the runs on the board albeit with a team that Schofield developed. We will get more of a picture of how he is going when we get a full season in 2021
