Trump can only pardon himself while he is president, so if the charges are laid after Bidens inauguration, Trump is back to being a joe blow citizen and fair game for the courts.

It's become abundantly clear that Trump's strategy all along was to challenge mail in votes when his internal polls showed he was going to lose the election months out and the Dems were pushing mail in's due to Covid. He told his supporters to vote in person so he could draw a line between Reps and Dems in terms of how they voted as he couldn't very well attack mail in votes if the majority of Republicans voted that way as well. He challenged the integrity of mail ins very early on to set the tone and so his supporters would avoid that form of voting. Well..as we know it didn't work and now it look like His Orangeness won't attend Biden's inauguration which would be an exclamation mark on the worst Presidency in American history.

Yep , all geared that way BC, go out to an early lead based on the on the day vote as they are counted first, claim victory and then when the postals pass you claim it was stolen. - see my earlier post on this thread.

If the Florida system of fast vote count was used, i.e. count the postals as they come in then this could be avoided, but guess what the Republicans refused to allow it in Penn and Michigan despite the Dems asking for it forcing postals to be counted last - to suit Trumps B.S.

No show at the swearing in would be a disgrace, they say that Hoover didnt say a word to FDR on the day of FDRs inauguration despite riding in a car together, but at least he turned up to it.
