Picked up by Trump legal team yesterday.
Governor of Georgia ordered a full hand recount of votes.

The long game for Trump in this is to create enough doubt in the minds of the electorate about the legitimacy of the election, via his media outlets no matter how little evidence he has of fraud. This could then create the environment for the Electoral college votes ( which are officially handed out in early December) to be flipped against the popular vote in a place like Pennsylvania and other states with Republican governors that voted for Biden. In other words steal the election. Its a long shot strategy but it points to a weakness in the system where a candidate who won the popular vote by over 5 Million could be vulnerable to an ambush like this

Apparently it technically is an audit - the Trump campaign can still request an official recount, if the result is within half a percentage point. Doubtful any number of counts will alter the outcome because the President-elects margin is now at more than 14,000 votes.

It was all set up early, knowing he was going to lose the election legally, Trump went out months prior telling his supporters NOT TO VOTE by mail, and to vote in person only, knowing full well that in places like Penn. those votes are counted first and the postals last, ( didnt care about risk of spreading covid ) Meanwhile the Dems were telling people due to Covid it would be safer to vote by Mail, and as you could see by the mail in stats long before polling date, the vast majority of mail in were from registered Dems.

The reason Trump did this was because the early lead of the counted in persons would give the appearance of a early win for Trump, he had won - and suddenly that changed once the postals being counted - its been stolen - , now a person with even most simple logic of maths can see why this panned out against Trump, but the Trump train is all about the marketing of BS and dopes buy it.

Gerogia recount is simply in the margin that required it by law.

that should change 100 or so votes maybe in favour of Biden.

That is it in a nutshell - around about the time that DD called Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania for trump his Orangeness has his little speech at the White House claiming the election had been stolen. I guess he knew from exit polls and the scenes of people who were standing in line patiently hour after hour in cities in the 20 states that had voting ahead of the election were not doing so to put the worst US President in living memory back into the White house. The result is what it is one way or the other but I happened to switch over to Fox news and some fellow called Hannity was on with two other Fox pundits.

The tone of the interview was to berate, belittle and attack personally Biden. They attacked his intellect, stature and his mental competency.

Yes I know that others have done this to Trumpet (me included) but we aren't septics and I suppose can do so from afar but these people are citizens of the US and whilst they may not agree with or like the result surely there is a sense propriety towards the opposition candidate.

If we ever get like this where the PM or Opposition leader are attacked on national TV I seriously hope I am dead!

Grump I'm a conservative voter in Oz but even I think Sean Hannity is a deadset flog and I refuse to watch him as he's so one sided and biased in his opinions it's almost laughable. Most of the others on Fox News are a little more even keeled although Ingraham is almost right winged as Hannity.
