I agree mate, posted on another thread so I won't repeat it here. You rate a bloke at 900k a year with 2 years left on a deal? You pay overs in that situation no matter how good Matthew Lloyd and the Vic crowd think Gubby Allen is at trades when it comes to interstate clubs.

Who at the saints would be on or more than 900k a year. If your going to offer that sort of money you would think you have to pay a high price to get that person out of their club. High picks and or quality player.
Would picks12, 18 and a future 2nd round get it done

How much better is hill than Langdon?? Bell & co seem to be quite confused at the trade table. If it's true what they want for Hill, they basically just gave Langdon away.

Saints have put themselves under a lot of pressure now. Imagine they don’t get it done and next year critics start saying what St Kilda are lacking is outside run, like a Brad Hill?

He is gallantly trying to keep up so you hang in there Spud. Will get with it maybe when comprehension kicks in that Melbourne were not offering Langdon 900k a year or anywhere near it - hence perhaps he is worth just a tad less at the trade table.
