Shwaborn, Jelwood has been injured for most of the preseason. Had a small operation. Apparently on track for a round 1 start but when the rest of the comp is 2/3 months ahead of you fitness wise you will always struggle.

Jelwood is an elite player and an ultimate professional. He would be 90% match ready after the first month of pre season. He is back running after his OP next week. Gives him 3 full weeks, NAB CHallenge Game and practice match. I think he will be 100% and definately wont be underdone.

Incorrect Selwoood did most of the preseason,had a minor op. Is in line to play on fridays nights game in nab cup against demons.
