13,000, predictable I guess, AFL dominated the weekend, very few would of been in the mood to go today. But very poor no doubt, fact is crowds of 20k plus look like a thing of the past now. Two years in a row of less than 15,000.

you're an absolute dropkick South4eva. They were beaten by a better team on the day. Subi were they best team by far all year.
No team goes out there on GF day and doesn't try. It just wasn't there day.

Well said Falcon. You were outclassed today but should be proud of the teams efforts this year. To get into 2 GFs in three years with a flag to boot is no mean feat.

Good comment Frank.Its been a fantastic year for the Falcons and will be long remembered for lots of reasons.
But as a neutral at the game the observation was that a few West Perth players gave up during the 3rd qtr.Where i was sitting that was the view of a fair few people sitting around me.On the 3/4 time siren 5 WP players had there hands on there hips and the Subi bloke chipped a pass to a player standing on his own.The people sitting next to me left after that.

I watched the first half and late in the 1st quarter I Thought at the pace West Perth were playing at, play on at all costs at a fast rate, and playing their 4th game in 4 weeks to Subiaco's second in 4 weeks I worried that it could not be sustained and unfortunately that bore fruit later in the 2nd quarter, and were as good as gone at the half.

West Perth needed to take every opportunity but with one their key forwards Rodda with a case of the fumbles, they missed at least 3/4 chances more in the first half, but when Subi put the foot down it would not have made a lick of difference.

Well beaten on the day but a solid season from the Cardies

Well done $ubi, we were cooked 1/2 way through the 2nd GTR, that would explain the hands on the hips on a hot day and it being a frantic pace GF. Frank, don't get sucked in to South4never, he wouldn't have a clue how a good club is run, he is the type of tool that would hang his hat on a Dags premiership!
