To right.This win has put some life back into the Wafl.Tight Ladder but Subi had been miles in front of the other 8 sides.

I would say that $ubi besides being fairly well drilled ( )use their size, weight and imposing footy manner to somewhat bludgeon WAFL sides into submission, scare some of the younger players of the opposition, cancelling thier contribution to the game and creating too many holes in their oppositions framework to patch up ...

This maybe more of a question actually?

In itself this is not wrong as Aussie Rules is a full contact game !! But WP did not succumb to this practice on the weekend and did more to impose themselves on $ubi's 'game' an example of this being keeping them goalless in one quarter- almost two (we've done this before to EP)

My point being there is a way and its not rocket science
As are all teams on the day .. $ubi is vulnerable and maybe they have just had their belief in themselves tested this week.
If this is the case and their belief has been 'arrogance' then the next weeks will show this
If not - I for one look forward to WP meeting them in the finals

Most of us Subi supporters know Subi can be beaten. We know we're not walking into the finals. This was proven by WP and we look forward to meeting you again and hopefully learning from the loss.

I think this game is a good contest between rivals that has been building steadily over the years.

Congrats to him then. I rate Yarran but he does lose his feet a bit too much for my liking. He's a match winner though and keep him quiet and Subi don't win the match ??? Simples Isn't It ???

Congrats all round to Joondy, great event you guys put on each season and it all came together for a huge WAFL crowd. Perfect weather, great promotion and a lot of people hoping your mob would knock off the league leaders and they weren't disappointed.

Had to listen to the broadcast which was great on 91.3, they raved all day about Adams and how he will have a lot of interest in him come draft time.

Sounded like a strange 1st qrt with you guys jumping us then we turned the tables. According to the commentators it was a master stroke by Bill to change the game plan to a tight man on man contest which shut down a lot of our run and spread, close hard fought 2nd qtr, then you guys broke away a bit in the 3rd taking an 11 point margin into the last which sounded like a down and dirty s**t fight for the 4 points with you guys 2 men down on the bench and Subi's goal kicking which indicated they didn't even know where the barn door was, could have won the game but bad kicking is bad footy and perhaps would have been an injustice to how well WP played. Subi had 60 more disposals so that shows how inefficient they were or were made to be on the day.

Always hate losing to the garlics but maybe the kick in the arse we needed at this time of the season and hopefully the club will sort this player points rubbish out quicksmart it may be technically legal but I find it "uncomfortable" to say the least.

Percy was the ruck coach of Luke Adams and developed him from colts up to league, he is very close to the family so has taken a great interest in the development of Marcus.
