I think that is fair value for Steven. He is one we tried to talk into staying, he has been nurtured and developed carefully due to his slight frame. He has played league and would have played more this year. What value would you put on him?

MO -- I hear you. Perhaps you could look at the top three from each season not being able to recruit from outside the club the following season? I would definitely apply this to Subi for this season as the current premiers.

In terms of financial help for the poorer clubs, I think you have a good point; but, realistically, I don't think it will happen until they solve their Peel problem.

Ask your football manager I can't answer for him or Swans on what they plan to do with him. But he won't be there to play reserves will he. I just don't understand why Swans would need to recruit young talent with the crop of Colts they have. Seems to me your depriving your local kids of a spot similar to EP. I would be careful WP will steal them on their nineteenth birthday ha ha.

Don't cry when Subiaco buy every good kid you get then. It's not their fault they can afford it. Rules need to apply to protect the weak from the strong just like society.

In that case why do EP need 10k for a 3 game player after making 326k profit ?

LB shall we compare the opportunities for local colts' players playing for Swans in 2015 compared with the club formerly known as East Perth? The "blockbuster" opening WAFL game between East Freo and "East Perth" is being marketed to West Coast Eagles' members as an opportunity to see 11 of their players playing for "East Perth". By my reckoning that would mean that there are 11 positions to be filled by non-Eagles' players. I am sure there are a number of more senior players who would fill most of those positions, so there doesn't appear to be much scope for local colts' players.

LB perhaps you can refute the abouve or outline why there would be fewer opportunities for Swans' colts' players playing for Swans than the very few spots available for "East Perth" as above.

If Stockley was worth $30k then they are both undervalued. Market forces decide the price, no one pays what they are not willing to pay.

I prefer to use your debating technique and not address your points just move off in another direction. I will simply say you have recruited two players from EP so logically two of your very talented locals will be playing elsewhere than Swans every week.
