Ch9 would the ones laughing at this, plenty of mentions in Stokes' paper which is what they are after.
the leadership of the WAFC/WAFL is the biggest joke out of all this, they have no control over their comp.

I suggest you and the supporters of the other G6 clubs talk to your clubs hierarchy about what is happening at next weeks practice games. You might be surprised which side they are taking, your own FM is one of the strongest against the Keitel move.

There is a lot of angst that just when the comp starts getting a bit of momentum leading into the start of the season there is another negative story eminating from the North. It is less than two weeks before the
start of the season and still no one is talking football. That is horrible for the futute of the WAFL.

Ross, the WAFC have again showed no spine, Kietel has been told to stay at the Ferals, it now goes to arbitration in which they will say that he can not be told to stay at EP and they will stick a $5k transfer fee and he plays at WP !

it shouldnt have had to end up in arbitration just like WP shouldnt have stuffed around with the Bradley clearance and whinging about Krak and the money last year.
some of the people running WAFL clubs need a kick up the backside and these things need to get sorted quicker, though when the WAFC/WAFL have no idea i suppose it means the clubs think they are big shots as well.
sit down in a room and sort it out like men instead of little kids.

Look at all the big transfers in the past couple of years, some have gone through relatively smoothly while have gone badly. What do the transfers that have gone badly have in common?

No coincidence that most teams allow their player to train at their new club before the transfer is finalised. Only one team routinely does not.

The world is against them.

there are bigger issues in the WAFL than West Perth, even though Raponi does try and create a drama out of everything.

East Perth, Peel and Subi are the 3 biggest issues the comp has though none will get sorted out considering they cant even sort out the jumper issue.

that we have a club like East Perth amongst other things charging 10k for a clearance for a reserves player is a joke..apart from Subi clubs have no money so why are why charging such high transfer fees for reserves players?

Peel dont have to pay back their debts ?

Subi have created a transfer market which is unrealistic for every club bar themselves as they can pay any fee and offer bigger deals than any other club..

East Perth and Peel and their coaching set-ups ?

It's going up $5000 now. Seems to me we have some WAFC moles posing as Joondalup supporters or just crystal ball owners. The whole thing was poorly handled like most cases involving transfers with WP. We have the backing of all other clubs except Perth who didn't vote because they tried to poach him too. This kid is getting some terrible advice from those around him.

ArkRoyal - I wouldnt have done anything with Subi as it isnt their fault they have this revenue stream from Subi oval but the WAFC/WAFL needs to look at ways to help the other clubs as the AFL does with extra funding to the poorer clubs.
whether its additional development or coaching money or ensuring that the marquee player should be a home grown player so a club like Subi cant pinch Twomey off Swans by offering the extra 10k, surely that doesnt make sense.
