Is he is still there in a leadership/development role and it is beyond just playing that may have justification, curious if this is the case.

Well that is welcome news. Pity we had to learn it from someone outside the club.

It was on a news site today so i thought you blokes would be interested. The Falcons haven't really recruited anyone of significance so i think its wait and see for the both of us.

What concerns me is that some clubs will get the cream and we will get the crumbs. Mind you, i have this feeling in my guts that you blokes may just sign Palmer. He will want a big heap of doe and you blokes have got a bit in the bank.

The only news I've seen on Palmer has EF talking to him.

No doubt would be a good get at this level but it would be handy also if we had a ruck that could feed him the ball a key forward he could kick it to and a KP defender would be handy whilst we are at it and all of that is just to make us competitive.

Palmer would be a good get for Perth but is he not an outside runner? If we got him we would still need an in and under midfielder to replace Tropo and, in addition, a competent ruckman to feed them.
Agree DF they should have been signed by now. Perhaps announcements at AGM Sunday may throw some light on that.

Neither article suggested Perth were in talks with Palmer.
