Looks like a good appointment in short time and has been on the board for the past 3 months so he should be able to hit the ground running. Hopefully no junkets to the USA to watch NFL before he clocks on for football manager duties.

I like what he's said drawing on his experience as a player and coaches he's played under. His 5 years as CEO of Water Polo in WA can't hurt either.

So can any Perth supporters out there tell me how we have strengthen our squad from being an 8th placed team in 2016 to being a finals team in 2017??

Can anyone also tell me how Clem Smith is tracking this pre-season,if in fact he is training at all?

I have that same gut feel ive had for the last decade or 2 on how we will go this season...not to good sadly.
Another bottom 3 beckons!
We havent done anything to improve on our weaknesses from what i can see.
Lots more of rob peter to pay paul.
