Brad could be part of that family DD (not necessarily his son which I can't confirm). Ashley did come from Armadale and went back to play from them when he retired.
It was a short career and he punched well out of his weight playing at full back.
But always tried his hardest.

Best of luck to Brad.... He has not been a happy camper for a few years now. In his opinion he should have played a few more league games than he has mustered to this point. Maybe a change of club might be the recipe to see him fulfilling the potential that he possesses?....Nephew of Ashley apparently.

Best of luck to Bailey and his move to SFC, he is another one that has been in the system for a few years and has lots of promise and potential but just does not show it often enough. Maybe the change in club might be the catalyst to see him realise that potential?

I would say more than 90% of players that may have been looking elsewhere would have found new homes or signed with clubs by now.

I doubt very much whether theres a great deal out there that would be "known" players or players that would be classed as walk up starters in the 18.

My opinion is it will be a ressies player here and a country player there the odd amateur player and that will be about it.

Sadly 30+ I think you are right. IMO the best we can hope for is that Clem will slip back into WAFL footy and become the sweeper down back, and Brandt will also settle in as a very good versatile WAFL player either in the midfield or a key position.
Giblett apparently has grunt and is 192cm and MacFarlane also 192cm both defenders. They will have to be better than ressies list cloggers or their points are wasted.

I have said it before that I still believe in Father Christmas so while there are suggestions that we are talking to other players I will remain hopeful, but as of today there are only 3 more sleeps till Santa arrives.
