Spot on DD. He's a good size, agile and versatile and can play forward, back and through the middle. He got on top of Ames in the second half. We're not exactly overflowing with players of his size.

We can't expect much more than a 4 quarter effort hard at the ball.
Looking at the stats 2 things stand out... Graham 44 hitouts and Clint Jones 47 disposals. So much for the pundits who say we didn't recruit very well.
Yes I liked Garstone's game he gave us something up forward and took some nice marks. Beating Ames is no mean feat.

Yep Angus Graham BOG and the unheralded Brent Edmonds not far behind him. He had a heap of the ball in the first half when the game was on the line.

Jones 47 possessions but as Earl said at three quarter time a lot of "mickey mouse" one-two handball receives. He did kick a rare goal at a crucial time. Swans aren't exactly A-grade in the midfield at the moment.

Edmonds and Bell no frills but ultra reliable as always. Finally saw something from Cary #16 and I thought Etto #18 has shown some improvement as well.

Jacobs has come back to the club and shown a real determination sets a great example and nice that he hasn't pulled out 6 games in like Zucchini

Looks like we are meeting Rob Wileys lot at the wrong time but West Perth @ home and then SD away could see us 4 and 6 before the week off at the State game.
