206cm 100kg aged 19
Appears on PFC list.
Does not not come up on the Perth list when you search the WAFL website.
Has the clearance gone through BH?
Played 14 Colts games for SD last year.
Averaged 10HOs a game.

On another note.
Can anyone confirm whether Beau McDonald is still at the Club as a ruck coach?

Yep, 206cm 100kg from Karratha Falcons.
Stats are far from exciting except Round 8 last year against, guess who?
Perth...15 disposals and 32 hitouts.
If Beau McDonald is still at the club, great. If not, who is the new ruck coach??
This size kid doesn't come to Perth very often and even then turns out to be a dud. We need to work with this one and see where it goes.

Some years ago I heard from someone at the Club that if players come to the Club they know how to play.
That has always disturbed me.
Smokey I agree we need a ruck coach.
But we need to teach all our players,
Have we got a kicking coach at the moment?
Why the hell we don't use Murray Coupar to teach us how to kick goals is beyond me.
We have been for many years been the best at missing goals from 15 mths directly in front.

You guys do understand WAFL clubs had to stand down a lot of staff this year? I don’t know if Beau McDonald or Darren Kowal are still around but wasn’t looking for them at the scratchies. Who did you see taking the huddles at Mandurah DF?

Gary Moss and the colts or reserves coach I remember seeing around the huddles at the scratchies. Trevor Williams is interim football manager I know that, he could be filling one of the line coach roles.
Get on your bike.

DD, I know Kowal has gone and haven't seen McDonald so far.
In the huddles I have seen Moss, Litherland, Panetta, Williams, and another whom I did not recognise.
If we don't have a ruck coach we are in trouble. Two Dads is developing but needs further guidance. The new 206cm kid needs to be properly guided and developed or he will fall by the wayside like many before him.
If it is a matter of money, I'm sure that we have a white knight benefactor who can help out.

DF, I do not buy that crap that players coming to the club already know how to play.
Young players moving up into senior ranks, many with AFL aspirations, need to learn that it is a different game at the top level. They need to be taught, guided and developed into competent players at the senior level. Some make it but many don't. As sure as God made little green apples if they don't get that help they will certainly not make it as we have seen over and over again.
And those who do make it at WAFL level and go on to AFL have a whole new phase of development ahead of them at that ultimate level.

Spot on Smokey.
One of our biggest downfalls of the last 40 years is not developing our players.

Little surprised Hill is straight back in. Is Clarke injured? If not, it seems strange he would be dropped ahead of Quill. I think from the extended bench we should go with Fisher, Payne, Hansen and BJ. I didn't like Hansen's game last week, but Dela/Marlin may make us a bit top heavy. I wouldn't pick Henderson unless we've decided to go with a tag. Is there something about Josh Burke that the match committee don't like or think he needs to work on? He's taller than Langdon and, for mine, more mobile and versatile.

Anyway, it's not too early to call this a must win. It's likely that S, SF and C will be very hard to beat, so we need to win at least 4 of the 5 games against the other clubs. EP fans seemed pretty cocky pre-season, now they seem to be jumping off. Is that some kind of Subi-like ploy to play down their prospects?
