I think they were pivotal in the demise of Australia's top order, rather than a lack of effort or application from Australia's batmen. They were just too good. The delivery to Clarke was an absolute pearler.

Australia did well to lose only 1 more wicket after being 3 for 19 but the loss of Rogers was a huge body blow as his partnership with Smith was salvaging the innings.

I am looking forward to today's play & it is a wonderful opportunity for Australia to show it can match it with the big boys.

7 for 114....we won't be matching it with anyone till we get ourselves a cricket team! Useless twats

Yeah, it should have been 8/114 as Starc was dropped be Swann at second slip. Very disappointing.

I spoke too soon. Now it is 8/114, Starc was caught behind by Prior off Anderson for a duck.

In nearly 140 years of Test Cricket I dont think Australia have had a poorer period of continuous batting collapses like we have in the last couple of years!

How good is Test cricket. By far the best form of the game.

Agar, how brilliant is this? Hughes finally delivered. I hope our overpaid top order batsmen are feeling thoroughly embarrassed. Time for Clark to put his mirror away and Watson to put his ego away and help the team out. The top order needs to make decent runs in the 2nd innings because the lad can't be expected to be able to produce this again. Well done Ashton!!!
